In order to expedite your product return, please follow the steps below:

• If possible please provide the following:

  • A brief description of which service you require Repair or Calibration

  • description of problem if applicable

  • Approximate size and weight of item being returned

• You will be issued an RMA number by phone or email, and given Shipping instructions.

• We will have a work order in place and awaiting arrival of the product, so we can start work on your product on it as soon as it arrives on our dock.

• If required we will evaluate the product and determine best method of completion.

  • Customer will be advised of work to be performed and estimate time and Cost of completion.

  • After completion Customer will be notified and informed of shipping information.

  • Customer will be advised of final cost and payment method will be agreed upon prior to shipping
